Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

3 cloves garlic, minced

6 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 teaspoon sriracha
2 packs ramen noodles
2 soft-boiled eggs
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup baby spinach
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
3. Cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
4. Remove the chicken and slice it thinly.
5. Add garlic and ginger to the pot and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
6. Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, miso paste, and sriracha.
