For the Broth:

4 cups chicken broth

2 cups water

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced

Keep wrappers covered to avoid drying out.

You can freeze uncooked wontons for later use.

Use store-bought broth for convenience or homemade for deeper flavor.
