Description

These baked lobster tails with garlic butter are tender, juicy, and elegant, featuring rich buttery flavor for an easy seafood dinner.

Ingredients

4 lobster tails

4 tablespoons butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail.

3. Gently pull lobster meat upward and rest it on top of the shell.

4. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

6. Brush garlic butter generously over the lobster meat.

7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lobster meat turns opaque and reaches 140°F.

8. Brush with extra garlic butter after baking.

9. Garnish with parsley.

10. Serve warm with lemon wedges.

Notes

Do not overbake lobster or it may become tough.

Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor.

Add a pinch of cayenne for mild heat.

Serve with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
