Ingredients
For the crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
6 tbsp butter, melted
For the cheesecake filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
Optional topping:
White chocolate drizzle
Peanut butter drizzle
Whipped cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Grease a springform pan.
2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add peanut butter and sugar and mix until creamy.
5. Beat in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
7. Stir in heavy cream until smooth.
8. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
9. Bake for 50–55 minutes until the center is just set.
10. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
11. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
12. Add toppings before serving.
Notes
• Do not overmix to avoid cracks.
• Chill overnight for best texture.
