Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces candies
6 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and fluffy.
3. Add egg and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
6. Fold in peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces candies, and chopped peanut butter cups.
7. Scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing cookies about 2 inches apart.
8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges turn lightly golden and centers remain soft.
9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Do not overbake if you want extra chewy cookies.
Chill the dough for 20 minutes for thicker bakery-style cookies.
Add extra Reese’s Pieces on top before baking for a colorful finish.
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
