Description

Greek Yogurt Marinated Chicken Breasts are incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The yogurt-based marinade gently tenderizes the chicken while infusing it with garlic, herbs, and a subtle tang, making this an easy, healthy dinner that never turns dry.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional garnish:

Fresh parsley

Lemon wedges

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

2. Add chicken breasts and coat well in the marinade.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2–8 hours.

4. Preheat grill, skillet, or oven to medium-high heat.

5. Remove excess marinade from chicken.

6. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

8. Garnish with parsley and lemon if desired.

Notes

• Yogurt keeps chicken extra moist—don’t skip it.

• Works great for grilling, baking, or pan-searing.

• Delicious served with rice, salad, or roasted veggies.
