Stuffed Mushrooms are savory, cheesy, and perfectly bite-sized — filled with a flavorful blend of cream cheese, garlic, herbs, and breadcrumbs. The ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer for holidays or dinner parties.
Ingredients
24 whole white mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray (for baking)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Clean mushrooms with a damp towel and remove stems.
3. Finely chop stems and sauté them in butter with garlic and onion until soft.
4. Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs, cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Spoon the filling into mushroom caps and arrange on baking sheet.
6. Lightly spray with olive oil.
7. Bake 18–20 minutes, until tops are golden and mushrooms are tender.
8. Serve warm, garnished with extra parsley.
Notes
Use baby bella mushrooms for a deeper flavor.
Add cooked bacon or crab meat for a heartier version.
Stuffed mushrooms taste best fresh but can be reheated in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
