Delicious Strawberry Cream Cheese Crumble Rolls are soft, sweet, and filled with creamy cheesecake goodness and juicy strawberries. Finished with a buttery crumble topping, these easy breakfast rolls are perfect for weekends, brunch, or a special morning treat.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
For the filling:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
For the crumble topping:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cold butter, cubed
Optional glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into rectangles, pressing seams together.
4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
5. Sprinkle chopped strawberries on top.
6. Roll dough tightly and slice into rolls.
7. Arrange rolls in the prepared baking dish.
8. In a bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly.
9. Sprinkle crumble topping over the rolls.
10. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.
11. Optional: Whisk powdered sugar and milk and drizzle glaze over warm rolls.

• Pat strawberries dry to avoid excess moisture.
• Best served warm and fresh.
• Can be prepped the night before and baked in the morning.
