Description

These Delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Truffle Balls are creamy, sweet, and packed with strawberry flavor. Made with a rich cheesecake filling and coated in smooth chocolate, this easy no-bake dessert is perfect for parties, holidays, or quick sweet cravings.


Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Optional toppings:

Extra crushed strawberries

Crushed graham crackers

Sprinkles


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.

3. Fold in crushed graham crackers and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
