Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Extra crushed strawberries
Crushed graham crackers

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
3. Fold in crushed graham crackers and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
5. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
6. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray.
7. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate, coating completely.
8. Place back on the tray and sprinkle with optional toppings if desired.
9. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is set.
10. Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberries for the best flavor without extra moisture.
Chill the mixture well before rolling to make handling easier.

You can freeze the truffles for up to 2 months.
