Description
This creamy spinach artichoke dip is the ultimate cheesy appetizer! Made with melty cheeses, garlic, and tender artichokes, it’s baked until golden and bubbly. Perfect with chips, bread, or veggies.
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
3. Add spinach and artichokes, cook for 2–3 minutes to warm through.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
5. Add the spinach-artichoke mixture, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
6. Transfer to a baking dish (8×8 or similar) and smooth the top.
7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
8. Serve warm with chips, baguette slices, or veggie sticks.

Make ahead: Assemble up to 2 days in advance and bake before serving.
Use full-fat dairy for best flavor and creaminess.
