Description
A bright, bubbly, make-ahead Sparkling Cranberry-Orange Party Punch with cranberry, orange, ginger ale, and fresh fruit. Mixed in minutes and perfect for holidays, brunches, and potlucks—serve as a crowd-pleasing non-alcoholic punch or add Prosecco for an adult twist.
Ingredients
4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
2 cups orange juice, chilled
1 cup pineapple juice, chilled (optional but delicious)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4–1/2 cup simple syrup or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
1 liter ginger ale or sparkling water, chilled
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh cranberries
Ice ring or 4 cups ice cubes
Optional adult twist: 1 bottle (750 ml) Prosecco or Champagne, chilled
Instructions
1. Chill everything: juices, ginger ale, fruit, glasses, and the punch bowl if you can.
2. In a large pitcher, stir together cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice (if using), and fresh lime juice.
3. Taste the base, then add simple syrup or maple syrup as needed for sweetness.
4. Add orange slices and fresh cranberries to the punch bowl. Nestle in an ice ring or ice cubes.
5. Pour in the juice base. Right before serving, gently add chilled ginger ale (and Prosecco for the adult version).
6. Ladle into glasses and garnish with extra orange slices or cranberries. Serve immediately while bubbly.
Notes
Add carbonation at the last minute to preserve fizz. Freeze juice into ice cubes or an ice ring to prevent dilution. Make the juice base up to 3 days ahead; keep fruit and bubbles separate until serving. For a lighter version, use 100% juices and top with sparkling water.
