Description

This Slow Cooker Pepper Steak is incredibly tender, flavorful, and easy to make. Juicy beef strips simmered in a savory sauce with bell peppers make the perfect comforting meal.

Ingredients

500g beef steak (sliced into strips)

1 green bell pepper (sliced)

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 onion (sliced)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

For the sauce:

1/2 cup beef broth

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp ginger powder

Optional: cooked rice for serving

Instructions

1. Place sliced beef in the slow cooker.

2. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic.

3. In a bowl, mix broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, pepper, and ginger.

4. Pour sauce over the beef mixture.

5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

6. Stir before serving and let sauce thicken.

7. Serve hot over rice.

Notes

Use flank steak or sirloin for best results.

Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.

Add chili flakes for heat.

Great for meal prep and leftovers.
