Ingredients

24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

5 tablespoons melted butter

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon mint extract

2 cups whipped topping

2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix

3 cups cold milk

Green food coloring

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed chocolate candies

Whipped cream for garnish

Green sprinkles for topping


Instructions

1. Mix crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter in a medium bowl.

2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and mint extract in a large bowl until smooth.

4. Fold 1 cup whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

5. Add a few drops of green food coloring and mix until evenly colored.

6. Spread the mint cheesecake layer evenly over the cookie crust.
