Description

This Delicious Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze & Crunchy Pecans recipe features perfectly crispy sprouts tossed in a sweet-tangy glaze and topped with toasted pecans. It’s an easy, flavorful side dish that’s perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon butter

1/3 cup chopped pecans

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.

3. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the edges.

4. While sprouts roast, toast pecans in a small skillet with butter over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Remove and set aside.

5. Drizzle roasted sprouts with balsamic glaze and honey (if using). Toss to coat evenly.

6. Top with toasted pecans and sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a hint of spice.

7. Serve warm and enjoy that perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and nutty flavors!

Notes

Make it vegan by skipping the butter or using plant-based butter.

Add crumbled goat cheese or feta for a creamy touch.

Double the recipe for holiday gatherings — it disappears fast!

Reheat leftovers in the air fryer or oven to restore crispiness.
