This Delicious Peach Cobbler Cheesecake combines creamy cheesecake with sweet, juicy peaches and a buttery cobbler topping. It’s the perfect easy dessert that’s rich, smooth, and bursting with summer flavor.
Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
500g cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
For the Peach Layer:
2 cups peaches (fresh or canned), sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
For the Cobbler Topping:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes, then let cool.
4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
5. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, mixing until combined.
6. Pour filling over the crust.
7. In a bowl, mix peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon, then spread over cheesecake layer.
8. Combine flour, brown sugar, and butter to form a crumb topping.
9. Sprinkle topping over peaches.
10. Bake for 45–55 minutes until set.
11. Let cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
Notes
Use fresh peaches for best flavor.
Do not overmix cheesecake batter to avoid cracks.
Chill well for clean slices.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
