Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups salted peanuts
1/2 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup until smooth.
4. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and salt, then mix until fully combined.
5. Stir in peanuts and peanut butter chips if using.
