Description

This one pan marry me chicken orzo is creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, featuring tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and perfectly cooked orzo for an easy dinner.


Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup orzo pasta

2 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 cups fresh spinach

2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

1. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, then remove and set aside.

4. In the same pan, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for 1 minute.

5. Stir in orzo and toast lightly for 1 to 2 minutes.

6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

7. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender.

8. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.

9. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

10. Return chicken to the pan and mix well.
