These One-Bowl 2-Ingredient Nutella Brownies are chewy, fudgy, and made with just Nutella and eggs. No flour, no fuss. Perfect for a last-minute chocolate craving or a quick dessert win.
Ingredients
1 cup Nutella (or other chocolate hazelnut spread)
2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Nutella and eggs until smooth and shiny.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
5. Let cool completely before slicing. Brownies will firm up as they cool.
Notes
Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or a pinch of salt.
For a firmer texture, refrigerate for 30 minutes after baking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 3–4 days.
