Description

These Old Chicago’s Italian Nachos are a crispy, cheesy, and flavorful snack made with fried pasta chips topped with Italian meats, melted cheese, and zesty toppings. It’s an easy copycat recipe that’s perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

For the Pasta Chips:

250g lasagna noodles

Oil for frying

Salt to taste

For the Toppings:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Italian sausage, cooked

1/4 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup banana peppers

For Serving:

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/4 cup Alfredo sauce

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.

2. Cut noodles into chip-sized pieces.

3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry pasta pieces until golden and crispy. Drain and season with salt.
