Ingredients
For the Pasta Chips:
250g lasagna noodles
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
For the Toppings:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian sausage, cooked
1/4 cup pepperoni slices
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup banana peppers
For Serving:
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
2. Cut noodles into chip-sized pieces.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry pasta pieces until golden and crispy. Drain and season with salt.
4. Arrange pasta chips on a baking tray or serving platter.
5. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, sausage, pepperoni, olives, and banana peppers.
6. Broil or bake briefly until cheese is melted.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve with marinara and Alfredo sauce for dipping.
