Description

This creamy No-Bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie is pure peanut butter bliss. With a chocolate cookie crust, rich peanut butter cream filling, and chopped Reese’s on top, it’s a quick and easy dessert that feels like a total indulgence—without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust (or homemade Oreo crust)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)

3/4 cup powdered sugar

8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (plus more for topping)

Optional: drizzle of melted chocolate or chocolate syrup

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy.

2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.

3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until smooth and creamy.

4. Stir in the chopped Reese’s cups, reserving a few for the top.

5. Spread the filling evenly into the prepared cookie crust.

6. Top with remaining chopped Reese’s and optional chocolate drizzle.

7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Do not use natural peanut butter—it may separate.

Store pie in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Can be frozen for up to 2 months—thaw before serving.

Great for make-ahead parties or holidays.
