Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup (or corn syrup)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
10 oz melting chocolate (dark or milk)
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, graham crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Add maple syrup and vanilla. Stir until mixture holds together like cookie dough.
3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.
5. Melt chocolate according to package instructions.
6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
7. Place back on tray and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
8. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer.
Notes
You can toast the pecans beforehand for extra flavor.
Use white chocolate for a pretty holiday twist.
