Description

No-Bake Layered Strawberry Tiramisu is easy, creamy, and deliciously fresh. Layers of soft ladyfingers, juicy strawberries, fluffy mascarpone cream, and sweet strawberry syrup come together in a chilled dessert that feels elegant, fruity, and perfect for spring or summer gatherings.

Ingredients

1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup heavy cream

8 ounces mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

24 ladyfinger cookies

1/2 cup strawberry jam

1/4 cup warm water

Fresh mint for garnish, optional

Instructions

1. Add sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice to a bowl.

2. Stir gently and let sit for 15 minutes until juicy.

3. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.

4. Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

5. Beat until smooth, fluffy, and creamy.

6. In a small bowl, whisk strawberry jam with warm water until smooth.

7. Dip ladyfingers briefly into the strawberry jam mixture.

8. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in an 8×8-inch dish.

9. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.

10. Add half of the juicy strawberries.

11. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries.

12. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

13. Garnish with fresh mint before serving if desired.

Notes

Dip ladyfingers quickly so they soften without becoming soggy.

Use ripe strawberries for the sweetest flavor.

Chill overnight for the best layered texture.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
