Description

Festive no-bake Gingerbread Oreo Balls dipped in white chocolate, spiced with cozy holiday flavors, and topped with a sprinkle of gingerbread crumbs. Perfect for Christmas trays or edible gifts!


Ingredients

1 (14 oz) package gingerbread-flavored Oreos (or regular Oreos + 1 tsp gingerbread spice)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

12 oz white chocolate or almond bark, melted

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Crushed gingerbread cookies or sprinkles for garnish


Instructions

1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor (reserve 2 tbsp for topping).

2. Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese and spices until smooth.

3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.

5. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate and place back on parchment.

6. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs or festive sprinkles.

7. Refrigerate until set and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
