Description

These Delicious Hot Honey Salmon Bites are crispy-edged, tender, and glazed with a sweet-spicy hot honey sauce that’s absolutely addictive. A quick, flavorful seafood appetizer ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

**Hot Honey Glaze:**

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust for spice level)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Optional garnish: chopped green onions or sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Toss salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. Arrange salmon pieces on the baking sheet in a single layer.

4. Bake or air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

5. While salmon cooks, whisk together honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili flakes in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Remove salmon from oven and toss in the hot honey glaze until fully coated.

7. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds and serve immediately!

Notes

Use maple syrup instead of honey for a subtle twist.

Want it extra crispy? Broil the glazed salmon for 1–2 minutes.

These bites taste amazing over rice or in tacos, too!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat gently.
