Description

This Honey Glazed Salmon Bowl is sweet, savory, and packed with nutrients. Tender salmon coated in a sticky honey glaze served over rice with fresh toppings makes a perfect healthy meal.


Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

2 cups cooked rice

1 tbsp oil

Salt & pepper to taste

For the glaze:

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp garlic (minced)

1 tsp lemon juice

Toppings:

1/2 avocado (sliced)

1/2 cucumber (sliced)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

Optional: sesame seeds, green onions


Instructions

1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

3. Cook salmon until golden and cooked through.

4. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.

5. Pour glaze over salmon and cook briefly until sticky.
