Description

This high-protein strawberry dip is creamy, fruity, and packed with protein—perfect for a healthy snack or post-workout treat. Made with Greek yogurt and real strawberries, it’s naturally sweetened, easy to whip up, and absolutely delicious with fruit, crackers, or granola.

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or 0%)

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped or mashed

12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder (optional)

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings/dippers:

Sliced strawberries, apple slices, banana, pretzels, granola

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

2. If using, mix in protein powder until smooth and fully combined.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.

4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with extra strawberries or granola if you like.

5. Serve immediately with dippers, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

• For a smoother texture, blend ingredients together instead of mixing.

• Can be made dairy-free using coconut yogurt and plant-based protein.

• Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
