Tender garlic butter steak bites paired with perfectly cooked shell pasta in a rich, savory sauce. This easy dinner recipe is packed with flavor and ready in no time.
Ingredients
2 cups shell pasta
400g steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook shell pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned.
4. Remove steak and set aside.
5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
6. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stir until smooth.
7. Return steak to the pan and mix well.
8. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
9. Cook for 2–3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Use sirloin or ribeye for best flavor.
Do not overcrowd the pan when searing steak.
Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
Serve immediately for best texture.
