Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Dump and Bake Casserole is the ultimate easy comfort dinner. Juicy chicken bakes in a rich garlic butter sauce with tender rice and melty cheese, all in one dish. No pre-cooking required—just dump, bake, and enjoy a cozy, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

600 g boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1 cup uncooked long-grain rice

2 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup melted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

2. Grease a baking dish lightly.

3. Add uncooked rice to the baking dish and spread evenly.

4. Place chicken pieces on top of the rice.

5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.

6. Pour chicken broth over the dish, then drizzle garlic butter mixture evenly.

7. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

8. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese over the top, and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

• Use thighs instead of breasts for extra juiciness.

• Add broccoli or green beans for a full one-pan meal.

• Rice should be fully submerged before baking.
