Easy Jalapeño Popper Crescent Rolls are cheesy, flaky, and packed with bold spicy flavor. Buttery crescent dough wraps around creamy cheese, crispy bacon, and jalapeños for a quick and delicious appetizer perfect for parties, game day, or snack cravings.
Ingredients
1 package crescent roll dough, 8 ounces
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños, finely diced
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Ranch dressing for serving, optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
4. Spoon a small amount of filling onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
5. Roll the dough around the filling and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
Remove jalapeño seeds for a milder flavor.
Pepper Jack cheese adds extra heat and flavor.
Do not overfill the crescent rolls or the filling may leak while baking.
