Description
Easy Bisquick cinnamon rolls are quick, soft, and delicious breakfast treats made with baking mix, cinnamon sugar filling, and a sweet vanilla glaze.
Ingredients
For the Dough:
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted
For the Filling:
3 tbsp butter, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, granulated sugar, and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
3. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead 5–6 times.
4. Roll dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Spread softened butter evenly over the dough.
6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
7. Roll dough tightly from the long side and slice into 8 rolls.
8. Place rolls in prepared baking dish.
9. Bake for 18–22 minutes until lightly golden.
10. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
11. Drizzle glaze over warm cinnamon rolls and serve.
Notes
Do not over-knead the dough or the rolls may become tough.
Add chopped pecans or raisins to the filling if desired.
For thicker glaze, use less milk.
Serve warm for the softest texture.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
