Description

Warm Crockpot Cottage Cheese Dip is a hot, creamy, bacon-flavored appetizer that’s rich, comforting, and perfect for parties. Made in the slow cooker with blended cottage cheese, melted cheddar, and smoky bacon, this dip stays warm and irresistible for hours.


Ingredients

2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, cubed

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 green onions, sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt, to taste


Instructions

1. Add cottage cheese to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Transfer blended cottage cheese to the crockpot.

3. Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.

4. Stir to combine.

5. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 1/2–2 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and creamy.

6. Taste and adjust salt if needed.

7. Serve warm directly from the crockpot.
