Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
12 wonton wrappers
1 cup coleslaw mix
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Spray both sides of the wonton wrappers lightly with cooking spray.
3. Drape the wonton wrappers between the bars of an oven rack to create taco shapes.
4. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
6. Add diced chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until fully cooked.
7. Stir in garlic and ginger, then cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
8. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and stir until evenly coated.
9. Mix coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha in a bowl.
10. Fill each crispy wonton shell with teriyaki chicken.
11. Top with crunchy slaw, green onions, and sesame seeds.
12. Serve immediately while crispy.
Notes
Ground chicken also works perfectly for this recipe.
Bake the wonton shells carefully because they crisp quickly.
Add extra sriracha for more heat.
Serve with sweet chili sauce or spicy mayo for dipping.
Assemble the tacos just before serving to keep the shells crispy.
