Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
2. Season chicken breasts evenly with Cajun seasoning.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side until blackened and fully cooked.
5. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest, then slice.
6. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
7. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
8. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
9. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
