Description

This Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon is rich, elegant, and packed with flavor. Tender salmon fillets filled with a creamy seafood stuffing make a perfect restaurant-quality dinner at home.


Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

1/2 cup cooked shrimp (chopped)

1/2 cup crab meat

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic (minced)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: parsley or lemon slices for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Slice salmon fillets to create a pocket.

3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, and breadcrumbs.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Stuff the mixture into the salmon pockets.

6. Place salmon in a baking dish.

7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until cooked through.

8. Garnish with parsley or lemon and serve.


Notes

Use fresh seafood for best flavor.

Do not overcook salmon to keep it moist.

Add a pinch of paprika for extra flavor.

Serve with rice or vegetables.
