Description

These peach cobbler cheesecake donuts are soft, fluffy, and filled with creamy cheesecake, topped with sweet peach cobbler flavors for an irresistible homemade dessert.


Ingredients

Donuts:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 packet active dry yeast

1/2 cup warm milk

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Peach Topping:

1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

2. Add melted butter, egg, and salt, then mix.

3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth dough forms.

4. Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.

5. Roll dough out and cut into donut shapes.

6. Heat oil and fry donuts until golden on both sides, then drain.

7. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

8. In a saucepan, cook peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until soft.

9. Add cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.

10. Fill donuts with cheesecake mixture.

11. Top with warm peach cobbler mixture.

12. Serve fresh.


Notes

Bake donuts at 350°F for 12–15 minutes for a lighter version.
