Ingredients
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: cherry tomatoes, green onions, croutons
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2. Place chopped lettuce in a large bowl or platter.
3. Top evenly with red onion slices, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon.
4. Drizzle dressing over the top just before serving, or serve on the side.
5. Toss gently to coat if serving immediately.
