These Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips are crispy, sweet, and lightly spiced. Made with simple pantry ingredients, baked tortillas are coated in cinnamon sugar for a crunchy snack that’s perfect for dessert, parties, or dipping in fruit salsa.
Ingredients
4 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional for spicy kick)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Stack tortillas and cut them into triangle shapes like chips.
3. Place tortilla triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet.
4. Brush both sides of each tortilla piece with melted butter.
5. In a small bowl mix sugar, cinnamon, chili powder and a pinch of salt.
6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.
7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the chips become golden and crispy.
8. Remove from oven and allow chips to cool slightly.
9. Serve as a sweet snack or with fruit salsa or chocolate dip.
Notes
Corn tortillas can also be used for a slightly different texture.
Air fry the chips at 350°F for about 5–6 minutes for a faster version.
Store cooled chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Serve with strawberry salsa, caramel dip, or chocolate sauce.
