1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
1 tbsp granulated sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
**Baking Soda Bath:**
1/2 cup baking soda
4 cups water
**Cinnamon Sugar Coating:**
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

7. Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. While warm, brush pretzels with melted butter and dip or sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 2 days.
Reheat in toaster oven or microwave for that fresh-from-the-oven taste.
Try dipping in cream cheese frosting or vanilla glaze for extra sweetness.
