Ingredients
For the Cruffins:
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
3 tablespoons butter, melted
For the Cinnamon Sugar:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional:
Chocolate sauce or caramel for dipping
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease a muffin tin.
2. Roll out puff pastry into a thin rectangle.
3. Brush with melted butter.
4. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle generously over the dough.
5. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
6. Slice the log lengthwise, then twist each strip.
7. Roll each strip into a spiral and place in muffin cups.
8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
9. Remove and immediately roll in extra cinnamon sugar.
10. Serve warm with chocolate or caramel if desired.

Work quickly so puff pastry stays cold.
