Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 sheets refrigerated pizza dough
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
3. Transfer spinach to a bowl. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Roll out one sheet of dough into a large triangle. Spread spinach dip evenly over it.
5. Place the second sheet of dough on top and trim both into a large triangle.
6. Cut horizontal slices (like tree branches) on both sides of the triangle, leaving the center intact.
7. Twist each strip to form tree branches.
8. Brush the entire tree with beaten egg and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
9. Bake for 22–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
10. Serve warm and enjoy your pull-apart Christmas tree!
Notes
You can prepare the spinach dip in advance and store it in the fridge.
Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of festive heat.
Serve with marinara or ranch dip for extra flavor.
