Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a bowl, beat the softened butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add finely chopped cranberries, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
3. Beat until well combined.
4. Taste and add powdered sugar if a sweeter butter is desired.
5. Spoon into jars or airtight containers.
