Description

Sweet, citrusy, and chocolatey clusters made with crunchy nuts and a hint of orange zest — the perfect festive candy for gifting or snacking.

Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup roasted almonds (or peanuts)

1 tsp grated orange zest

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

2. Stir in the orange zest, vanilla, and sea salt.

3. Add the almonds and mix until evenly coated.

4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Let clusters set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

For an extra festive look, drizzle with melted white chocolate once the clusters are set.

These store well in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Perfect for packaging as holiday gifts!
