Description

These cheesy beef bacon ranch mozzarella bombs are stuffed biscuit bites bursting with gooey cheese, savory beef, crispy bacon, and bold ranch flavor. Baked to golden perfection, they’re the ultimate game day snack, party appetizer, or indulgent anytime treat!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

810 mozzarella cheese cubes or string cheese pieces

1 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in ranch seasoning and cooked bacon. Let cool slightly.

4. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3-inch round.

5. Add 1 tbsp beef mixture and 1 cheese cube in the center of each dough circle.

6. Wrap dough around filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over each bomb.

8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.

9. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

• Serve with ranch dressing or marinara for dipping.

• Swap ground beef with shredded chicken or turkey sausage.

• Make ahead: assemble and chill unbaked bombs for up to 24 hours.
