This Delicious Cheddar and Bacon Turkey Melt Sandwich Recipe combines crispy bacon, savory turkey, and melted cheddar cheese on buttery grilled bread. An easy, satisfying, and savory meal that’s perfect for any time of day!
Ingredients
8 slices sandwich bread (sourdough, white, or multigrain)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
8 slices smoked turkey breast
4 slices cooked bacon, halved
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Optional: tomato slices or caramelized onions for layering
Instructions
1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. On the unbuttered sides, spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard (if using).
3. Layer turkey, bacon, and cheddar cheese evenly over 4 slices of bread.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.
5. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
6. Cook sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
7. Cut in half and serve warm with a side of pickles, chips, or soup.

Use leftover roasted turkey or deli slices — both work perfectly!
