Ingredients
12 fresh jalapeños, halved and seeded
8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small pieces
1/2 cup blueberry preserves
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Optional toppings:
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons honey drizzle
Fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
3. Place jalapeño halves on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Fill each jalapeño with a small piece of brie cheese.
5. Top with a spoonful of blueberry preserves.
6. Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder.
7. Add chopped pecans if using.
8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is melted and jalapeños are tender.
9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
10. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
11. Serve warm and enjoy.
