Description

These Decadent Blue Christmas Truffles are creamy, dreamy no-bake treats made with white chocolate, cream cheese, and festive blue sprinkles. Rich and smooth inside with a pretty blue sparkle outside—perfect for winter parties or cookie trays!

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups white chocolate chips or wafers, melted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Blue gel food coloring (optional)

Blue sanding sugar or holiday sprinkles (for coating)

White chocolate drizzle (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

3. Stir in melted white chocolate, vanilla, and almond extract until fully combined.

4. If desired, add a few drops of blue gel food coloring and mix well.

5. Chill mixture for 30 minutes until firm enough to scoop.

6. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on prepared tray.

7. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until solid.

8. Roll truffles in blue sanding sugar or holiday sprinkles to coat.

9. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired. Store in fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

You can use candy melts or white almond bark for easy melting.

Swap blue sprinkles for crushed peppermint or coconut for a flavor twist.

These store well for up to a week in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer.
