Description

This Delicious Snickers Cheese Ball is sweet, creamy, and packed with crunchy peanuts, chocolate, and caramel! A fun, easy no-bake dessert that’s perfect for parties, holidays, and game nights.

Ingredients

**For the Cheese Ball**

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup creamy peanut butter

¾ cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

6 fun-size Snickers bars, chopped

½ cup mini chocolate chips

**For Rolling & Garnish**

½ cup mini chocolate chips (for coating)

¼ cup chopped peanuts

2 tbsp caramel sauce (for drizzle)

**For Serving**

Graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.

2. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix until fully combined and fluffy.

3. Stir in chopped Snickers and mini chocolate chips.

4. Scoop the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or until firm).

5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts to coat evenly.

6. Drizzle lightly with caramel sauce before serving.

7. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit slices — creamy, sweet, and irresistible!

Notes

Make ahead and refrigerate up to 3 days before serving.

Add chopped Reese’s or Milky Way bars for a fun variation.

Use crunchy peanut butter for extra texture.

Freeze leftovers in plastic wrap for up to 1 month — just thaw before serving.
