This Delicious Bang Bang Salmon Recipe combines tender, flaky salmon with a creamy, spicy-sweet sauce made from sriracha, mayo, and sweet chili. A quick, easy, and flavorful seafood dish that’s ready in under 25 minutes!
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
**Bang Bang Sauce:**
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to spice preference)
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lime juice
**For Garnish:**
Chopped green onions
Sesame seeds
Fresh lime wedges
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2. Pat salmon dry and place fillets skin-side down on the sheet.
3. Brush salmon with olive oil, then season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
5. While baking, whisk together all bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth. Adjust sriracha or honey for spice or sweetness.
6. Once cooked, drizzle or brush salmon with the bang bang sauce.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Serve immediately!
Notes
For crispy edges, broil salmon for the last 2 minutes.
Air fryer method: Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes.
Pair with rice, quinoa, or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
