½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Lime wedges, for serving
**For the Creamy Avocado Lime Sauce**
1 ripe avocado
¼ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
2 tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional)
**Optional Sides**
Steamed rice or quinoa
Roasted vegetables or a green salad
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on the baking sheet.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
5. Meanwhile, make the avocado lime sauce: add avocado, yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired (add more lime for tang or yogurt for creaminess).
7. Drizzle the avocado lime sauce generously over baked salmon or serve on the side.
8. Garnish with extra lime wedges and cilantro — then dig in to your healthy, flavorful dinner!
Notes
For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Cajun seasoning.
Use air fryer or pan-sear salmon for an even crispier crust.
This sauce doubles as a dip for veggies or tacos!
