Description

This Baked Boursin Salmon is incredibly simple and so flavorful. Creamy garlic-herb Boursin melts into a velvety sauce over tender salmon fillets—perfect for a weeknight dinner that feels fancy with minimal effort.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

2 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Place fillets skin-side down in the dish.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together Boursin, cream, lemon juice, zest, and garlic until smooth.

4. Spoon sauce evenly over each salmon fillet.

5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and sauce is bubbly.

6. Garnish with herbs if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with roasted asparagus, rice, or mashed potatoes to soak up the sauce.

Substitute Boursin shallot & chive or black pepper for a twist.

Use a meat thermometer—salmon is done at 145°F.
